The direction in short
PolProcenta lets you withdraw money from Skrill to USDT or as cash. The fee depends on how you receive the money and on the direction's current terms, and the final amount is on screen before any request exists.
What is needed to create a request
The amount and how you want to receive it. For USDT — a crypto wallet address; for cash — one of the available cities. For some requests an operator may ask for a screenshot from your account or about the origin of the funds.
What happens after a request is created
The request gets its own number and an operator sees it. The transfer details are handed over after the request exists — nothing needs to be sent before that. The money moves once the terms are confirmed.
