Privacy Policy
This page describes what data the PolProcenta website collects, why it is needed and where it goes. It describes how the service actually works rather than an intention.

Request details
When you create a request, the details of the transaction are stored: the service and direction chosen, how the money is to be received, the amount and currency, the collection city for cash, and the request number it can be found by.
This is what makes the exchange possible: without it an operator does not know what you want to exchange or on what terms.
Contact details
The site asks for neither a phone number nor an email address. The exchange continues on Telegram, so your Telegram account — and whatever you write there — is the contact in practice.
The details money is sent to, such as a wallet address or a card number, are given in the conversation with an operator, not through a form on the site.
Technical data
Like any website, PolProcenta receives the technical data of a request: IP address, device and browser type, and the page you arrived from. This is needed to run the site and keep it secure.
A calculation you have locked is held in your browser's own storage and does not leave it: only the calculation's identifier is sent with the request.
Cookies and advertising tags
The site uses cookies necessary for it to work, and the Google Ads tag. The tag sets Google's own cookies and makes it possible to tell which advertising click a request came from.
What is sent to Google Ads is the fact that a request was created and its number, so the same request is not counted twice. Amounts, payment details and the contents of any conversation are not sent.

Data used for checks
If a request is reviewed, an operator may ask for confirmation — a screenshot from an account, or an answer about where funds came from. You send these on Telegram, and they are used for the review of that transaction.

Who the data goes to
Request details are needed to carry the request out. Depending on the transaction, they are handled by:
- the PolProcenta platform itself — to carry out the request;
- the partners a payout passes through;
- the payment systems involved in the transaction;
- hosting and infrastructure providers.
Separately, the Google Ads tag installed on the site works as described above. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for third-party advertising. Individual partners are not listed here: they change without the site changing, and a published list would go stale unnoticed.
How long data is kept
Request details, and material relating to checks on the source of funds, are kept for one year.
After that they are no longer needed to run the service. To have them deleted sooner, write to a manager on Telegram and quote the request number.
Requests about your data
To find out what data relates to a request of yours, or to ask for it to be deleted, write to a manager on Telegram and quote the request number. The number is how your transaction is found — there is no other way for us to identify it.
